Membership Manager
- £36,124 per annum (pro rata)
- Fixed Term until 31 August 2028
- 3 Days (0.6 FTE) or 4 Days (0.8 FTE)
Young Manchester is looking for a Membership Manager to lead our engagement with over 200 youth and community organisations across the city.
In this role, you'll design and deliver a high-quality membership programme that strengthens, connects, and champions our network - ensuring that our members, and the children and young people they support, are at the heart of everything we do. You'll also launch our exciting new offer for youth-led groups, and work to influence the systems and decisions that affect young people's lives.
We're looking for someone who brings experience in programme delivery, network building, and community engagement, combined with a genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and youth voice. An understanding of the VCSE and youth sector particularly in Manchester would be a bonus.
We offer flexible working (3 or 4 days per week), 25 days holiday, a contributory pension, and a commitment to your ongoing professional development.
