The Mary Kiden Foundation operates the Mary Kiden Centre, a weekly supplementary school based at the Asda Eastlands Community Room every Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We provide free, structured academic tuition in Mathematics, English, and Science for children from Year 7 through to GCSE level, alongside creative writing and spoken word workshops. Our mission is to act as an educational and cultural bridge for the South Sudanese, Sudanese, and wider African heritage communities, while remaining completely free and open to families of all backgrounds across Greater Manchester to promote integration and community cohesion.
