Youth Federation

Youth Fed is a youth charity that supports over 5,000 young people between the ages of 10 and 29, helping them to improve the lives of young people through celebrating and delivering activities. We enable young people to thrive and achieve their full potential, regardless of background or circumstance.

A flagship programme within Youth Fed is the Pledge. The Pledge puts employers at the heart of inspiring the next generation. This helps business to connect with future employees and achieve their social value needs whilst helping young people to explore career opportunities and develop the skills and qualities that employers are looking for.

We are currently working with numerous colleges across the Greater Manchester regions to bridge the skills gap, raise community awareness through social action and develop a wide array of life skills for students. They are all incredibly motivated and have volunteered for the programme which ensures high levels of engagement.
