W/Youth is a consultancy and market research service connecting businesses and organisations directly with diverse young people.
Every partnership looks a little different, but no matter the collaboration, w/Youth creates opportunities for businesses to listen to, co-design, and implement directly with young people.
What does it look like?
We would work with you to design a custom package depending on the needs and direction of your organisation. Below are the two streams we provide in W/Youth, with flexibility and a sliding price scale depending on your focus.
UNLOCK: Co-designed reviews, workshops, and consultation sessions for a specific goal:
- We would reach out to our youth network to find a relevant group for your goals
- May include a co-design of your event/program/project/etc or review of documents to make sure they actual resonate with your audience
- This is our entry level offering
UNLEASH: Youth collaboration on the organisation as a whole:
- We work with you to support your business via innovative, codesigned solutions
- May include social strategy reviews, more in-depth consultations, and creative ways to work with youth
- Includes unlock sessions
No matter the direction, W/Youth connects you with a diverse set of insights from those who will continue to be affected by your organisation. It’s a great way to connect with non-self-selecting youth (young people who may not feel comfortable initially putting themselves forward for these opportunities) to get a wider range of more representative feedback.
