City in the Community

Since 1986, City in the Community (CITC) has been delivering programmes across Manchester promoting health, education, and social inclusion through the power of football. One example of the current delivery is the school sports scheme which now operates in 70% of Manchester’s primary schools, employing a proprietary curricula and methodology blending youth leadership, inclusive community football, and football-based education covering a range of themes.
