YPAC Manchester

YPAC is a Young People’s organisation working with young people and the wider community over the last 10 years in Miles Platting, Ancoats, and Collyhurst. We are inspired by the belief that each young person should be free to realise their potential and purpose in life.

In a discussion about opportunities, potential and achievement within their community one young person responded:

"Well this is Miles Platting, what do you expect?"

This statement challenged us and them to ask the question 'what exactly do or should we expect, if anything?'

YPAC Manchester is here to help and support young people locally from aged 10 to 25. We use a range of youth work sessions; detached, open sessions, small group projects, residentials and one-to-ones. The aim is to reach out to young people in as many ways as we can!
