The launch of the Hope for Cheetham Project was a huge success with 600 members of the community attending the family fun day on 28th October.

Since March 2023, I’ve had the pleasure of working at Young Manchester. This time has allowed me to see the city that I’ve lived in almost all my life, through such a different lens.

Sharing Power in a Place is a new report written by Claire, an 19 year old changemaker from Manchester. The report explores how young people from less affluent backgrounds are making a positive difference around our city, and how we can create more opportunities like this.

We're recruiting Freelance Creatives to support us create visual content for website and social media channels. We're particularly looking to work with young creatives (16-25) who are want to develop their portfolio and/or get hands on project experience.

Over the past 4-years we have distributed £400,000 towards supporting strategic leadership and sector coordination in the city.
